My husband and I try to go at least once a year to go to France on a fishing vacation.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-GB"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Q: Where do you do most of your training?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-GB"&gt;A: At the moment, just plain and simple at home. We have a treadmill at home en some free weights, so I can do basic exercises for all muscle groups. So what would it be this week??&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Well...today my is 154 pounds! I was very pleased to see that I can tell you! Then....when I started my 12-week fat shredding programme ;-) to loose my extra weight from the pregnancy, I myself got the flu and developed laryngitis...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At first it was very hard to accept for me, because I just got my motivation in the right place to start the long road to my competition comeback and this felt like taking not 2 but 3 steps back...&lt;br /&gt;Also it's became very obvious to me, that my body and hormones are still recovering of my pregnancy and giving birth. Especially holding fluids when it comes to nutrition is a critical point and when training my inner thighs I still experience weakness and irritation from time to time, so I have to be carefull with that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, as you can imagine, I was a bit nervous to step on the scales again last Sunday and was afraid of the outcome, because I didn't had many time to train in the past weeks. I started out with a post pregnancy weight of 163 pounds and last Sunday I weighed 159 pounds. Not drastic weightloss, but no weight gain either :-)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My first goal is to reach my pre pregnancy weight/off season weight of about 132 pounds. Hopefully everything goes well and I will reach this in weeks from now, so that's around April 15th.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From there I wil start the next phase of my preparation and hopefully I will see my dream to step out on the stage again come true around the fall later this year... Well now it's time to make a plan and set my goals.... and start a very long contest prep to reach my best shape ever.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Hopefully I'll step out on the stage again around fall 2012!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Due to my pregnancy I now weigh a (for me) shocking 163 pounds, where normally off season I weigh between 132 and 137 pounds. So my first goal is very obvious I think, get back to my off season and pre pregnancy shape and I'm setting my standard high, so I'm going for the 132 pound to begin with!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;As of tomorrow I'm starting a diet as if I was in the last 3 months of a contest prep. This means low carb, mainly protein for me.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;I don't breastfeed our daughter, so a diet isn't a problem for that matter!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;For training I will do a morning cardio session of 30 minutes and an evening cardio session of 30 minutes followed by ab crunches 50 reps. As for weight training, I will do a upper body circuit training 2 times a week and for my legs I will design a plyometrics training. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;I'm still a little cautious with hardcore leg training, because of my natural labor, just 14 weeks ago..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;These are the plans for now. I'm starting my office job again tomorrow also, so I'm very curious if all this can be combined with being a mom to Isis, working, managing my household and websites... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;Also I'm going to fine tune my strategy as time passes by and I'm going to give you all regurlarly updates on how things are working out for me. Shame on me!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But have I got some exciting news for you this time. The bad news is that my planned comeback at the Dutch Nationals this year won't happen... The good news is the reason for this...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At this moment I'm three months pregnant with our first child. My husband and I are very excited and above all thankfull for this!!&lt;br /&gt;So..in August we will become parents...Yeajjj!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for my training and nutrition, ofcourse this is still an important part of my lifestyle, because I want to stay as fit and healthy as possible during my pregnancy... So I want to keep you updated on how everything goes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for competition plans... Things I really want to work on are my shoulders, create some more width in my back, for the nice V-shape and ultimate goal is absolutely more separation in my legs!!! It's been way to long since you heard from me! As you all know I was very busy with my finance degree. Well, I've failed some exams and now I'm following eveningclasses to get these right.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I've had a year off in terms of competing and right now I'm very anxious to get up stage again! This fall is a bit too soon I think, because the next time I'll be on stage I want to present my bestest physique ever! So I'm going to focus on spring 2011 to compete again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also I'm working with my first client in preparation for her first competition, als spring 2011. Accountancy.
